Participation, Presentations and Papers

1. Conference Registration

Registration is mandatory for all participants who wish to attend CivilSafety 2027.

Conference registration requires an Indico account and login. Participants must log in to their Indico account before completing the registration form.

Please note that access to the conference and participation in its activities may be limited for participants who have not completed the registration process.

Registration and abstract/paper submission are separate procedures. Submitting an abstract or a paper does not constitute conference registration.

2. Oral and Poster Presentations

Participants who wish to present their work as an oral presentation or poster must:

1. create an Indico account;
2. log in to Indico;
3. submit an abstract through the Call for Abstracts;
4. indicate the preferred presentation format: Oral Presentation or Poster.

Abstracts will be evaluated according to the conference submission procedure. Authors of accepted abstracts will be informed about the further submission and presentation requirements.

Please note: submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the conference. Authors whose abstracts are accepted must also complete the conference registration.

3. Full Paper Submission

Authors who wish to submit a full paper must:

1. have an Indico account;
2. log in to Indico;
3. submit their contribution through the Call for Papers;
4. upload the full paper according to the conference requirements and within the announced deadline.

Submitted papers will be subject to the peer-review procedure. Detailed information on the paper format, submission requirements and review process will be provided in the Call for Papers section.

Please note: paper submission does not constitute conference registration. Authors who intend to attend the conference must also complete the registration process.
